For the realization of the investment project it was signed an investment agreement dated

August 2012 with the Republic of Belarus in the face of the Minsk regional executive committee for the amount of 9,200, 000 EUR.

The aim of this investment project is to build a plant for the production of powder coatings. The designed production capacity is 8,000 tons per year in single-shift operation.

Production is planned to be placed in the village Izbino, Vileika district, Minsk region on the areas of unfinished construction of a pilot factory of special machine tools, equipment and special tools. Land area is 3.5608 ha.
