Introduction

Purpose of LITE Project Charter

The most important result of the project initiation phase is the Project Charter, which formally authorizes the work of the project to begin (or continue) and gives the project manager authority to do his job. Someone external to the team and of higher organizational rank issues this authorization.

The purpose of my project is to help students to decide in what area they want to see yourself and how to realize themselves in this work. For this, I propose to invite held, successful graduates of the Faculty of Information Technology KBTU to hold a conversation.

The following table presents team members and distribution of responsibilities:

Team Member:	Project Role	Project Responsibilities
Togzhan Amantaykyzy, 4^th year KBTU student, FIT, IS	Project Manager	Person who performs the day-to-day management of the project and has specific accountability for managing the project within the approved constraints of scope, quality, time and cost, to deliver the specified requirements, deliverables and customer satisfaction.
Gulshat Issimova, 4^th year student of KBTU, FIT, IS	Business Steward	Person in management, often the Branch Chief or Division Director, who is responsible for the project in its entirety.
Dina Kozhakova, 4^th year stident of KBTU, FIT, IS	Technical Steward	Person who is responsible for the technical day-to-day aspects of the system including the details of system development.
