Over the past 20 years, the production processes of dimethyl ether have a strong interest in various countries of the world. In 1995, the dimethyl ether was presented at the International Congress and Exhibition in Detroit by a number of major companies (Amoco Co., Haldor Topsoe A/S, etc.) representing a specialization in oil and gas processing, in catalysis, for engines and transport. It was submitted as a new environmentally friendly diesel 21st century, as well as raw materials (or intermediate product) for technology of receiving high-octane gasoline.
The most promising technology producing DME is a gas and liquid phase syntheses based on methane, carbon monoxide and hydrogen (Method - MTG – methanol to gasoline). The new way of processing the low grade hydrocarbons at a methane conversion stage is offered in this project. Using the experimental data from a study equilibrium and kinetic parameters in the system СН4–Н2О и СО–Н2О, as well as system CO2-CH4, by applying the latest nickel and cobalt-zinc-aluminum- oxide catalysts, mathematical models are created and the results obtained by calculation of the equipment and synthesis gas composition for each production stage. The raw material, in addition to methane and and passing hydrocarbons is carbon dioxide, which is released into the atmosphere in the final stages of production of DME standard technology or gasoline. Know-how - minimizing the amount of nitrogen in the gas phase by stages. Carbon dioxide conversion gives the chance to avoid negative characteristics in hardware registration and complexity of technological stages, which take place at air oxygen use at a stage of steam-air conversion of natural gas.

The content of оffer 1: Investments are needed:
1. To create in the conditions of Ukraine stand units in stages.
2. Developmenting the necessary criteria of mass transfer and temperature coefficients on stages.
3. The verifying the optimal parameters of mathematical models of calculation on stages.
4. To obtain missing data for the design and construction of industrial units in accordance with the he flow rate of gas wells (with the customer).
5. The results of the project will allow in the automatic mode quickly to determine the required size of devices and design sizes, depending on the set scheme productivity.
