The conference proceedings will be posted on the CD storage of a book of thesis and on the official website of the National University of Pharmacy

To participate in the Conference you have to present before March 27, 2015

1. thesis;

2. application form;

3. receipt of payment of the registration fee.

Thesis requirements:

- thesis are sent in the editor MS Word doc (not later than 97-2003 version) or rtf;

- volume - 1 or 2 A4 complete pages (1 page is equal to 45 lines);

- fields - top - 2 cm, bottom - 2 cm, left - 2 cm, right - 2 cm;

- font-Times New Roman;

- size -14;

- spacing-1.2;

- the name of thesis is in bold, capital letters, the following line specifies the name and initials of the author (s), below - the full name of institution, city, country, on the next line - e- mail of the author with whom to correspond to;

- authors' academic titles and scientific degrees are not given;

- purpose of the research, materials and methods, results and conclusions should be stated in the text of the thesis. Abbreviations and terms are not permitted in the title of the theses. References to literature are not specified. The system of units SI is used. Abbreviation stands after the first mention in the text and does not change throughout the work;

- in decimal point should be used (eg, 0.1 or 0.358). Symbols «<», «>», «%», «±» are written without separation from previous characters, for example, p <0.95, t> 37 °C, 16%, 0.23±0.01. In the text of the thesis bold, italics, and other decorating techniques are not used;

- file names:

- thesis - number of the session_thesis_full name (eg, 1_thesis_Jvaschenko A.G.);

- application form - application form_full name (eg, application form_Jvaschenko A.G.);

- receipt of payment of the registration fee - payment_full name (eg, payment_Jvaschenko A.G.);

Please note that for the first author application for must be filled obligatory, if you wish application forms for other others can also be filled in separate files.

Submitting materials

The electronic version of thesis, completed application form and a scan-copy of the receipt of the registration fee are sent as three separate files in one letter to the e-mail of the Organizing Committee of the Conference [e-mail]

Two printed out copies of thesis with the signatures of all authors (in which you must specify the session), two printed out completed application forms and the original of the receipt of payment of the registration fee are sent by mail to the scientific and research department of the National University of Pharmacy (str. Pushkinska, 53, Kharkiv, Ukraine, 61002).

If you wish to provide thesis on an individual basis, please contact the research department from Monday to Friday – from 2 pm to 4 pm.

Nota bene! Please note that on your address a notification of your thesis receipt and their accepting for publication will be sent. If, within three days, you do not receive this notification - please duplicate e-mail or phone the responsible persons on the following telephone numbers from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00:

Payment of the registration fee and thesis publication is 50 UAH (regardless of number of full pages of thesis text). This sum includes an electronic version of a book of thesis (CD-ROM) and a package of Conference participant.
