Anna is very busy person, and she has no time for going to the store for a new player. So, she decided to order it via the Internet. She contacted the consultant, who helped her find the proper model, he left his contact information in case of unexpected problems. On the appointed day, a courier brought her the item, but refused to open the sealed box in front of her, manifesting irresistible reluctance to verify work pressure and goods, which is usually fully equipped and denied defects. Anna agreed to sign for the receipt and the courier left. When she opened the box, she discovered that the bundle doesn’t have an usb cable. This proved to be a problem because the player had a non-standard connector. She decided to call a consultant to Michael, to solve this problem.
Michael: WAFA company, manager Michael, can I help you?
Anna: Hello. With my order, which number 4458 occurred problems.
Michael: What type of problem do you have?
Anna: Today I got my order, the courier refused to print it for me, referring to busyness. When I opened the box, I found the lack of cable.
Michael: Did you sign for receipting of an order?
Anna: Yes, I did. But the courier assured me in the integrity of the resulting product.
Michael: Sorry, but I can do nothing for you in this case. By your signature you confirm the purchase and took full responsibility for the equipment. But we have the cables you need, you can purchase it separately, if you want.
Anna: I don’t want to buy it separately if it’s must be included in my order.
Michael: I’m sorry, my job is to offer.
Anna hung up. She did not sue the store, but she wouldn’t buy goods in this store again.
