The Reeds live in England, in a small town near London. Peter Reed is ten years old. He lives with his mother, father, sister and brother. He goes to school every day, but he likes holidays better than school. Peter's father Mr. Samuel Reed works in London. Mrs. Jane Reed, Peter's mother works very hard at home. She looks after her children. George is the eldest son. He is twenty- one years old. He studies at Cambridge University. Margaret is fifteen. She goes to secondary school. She takes music lessons. She plays the piano very well. George, Margaret and Peter have cousins. They are the children of Mr. Reed's younger brother Steven who lives in Wales. Peter often stays with uncle Steven's family and plays with his cousins. Aunt Ann, Steven's wife is very kind. Samuel and Steven's parents, Peter's grandpa rents, live in Edinburgh, Scotland. Every month all the Reeds go to see them.
