  1. Conclusion.

As you have talked a lot explaining the argument and substantiating it with evidence. The judges might have forgotten what the whole staff is about. So it is worth to remind them your claim for the second time thus making a conclusion:

“Since the transfer of the Kurill Islands will be economically beneficial to Russia you should support our proposition.”

Now we have a GOOD argument on the motion “We will hand over the Kurill Islands to Japan”:

We will hand over the Kurill Islands to Japan because it will be economically beneficial to Russia (claim) currently the Japanese government doesn’t allow the Japanese companies to invest in Russia to the full due to the issue of the Kurill Islands. So if we hand over the Kurill Islands Russia will get more investments which will be beneficial to the Russian economy (explanation) this is proved by an example of the Tokio Motors ltd. which wanted to build a new pipeline in the Siberia but after the pressure from the Japanese government withdrew from the project. And the reason for that pressure was obviously the problem of the Kurill Islands (evidence). Since the transfer of the Kurill Islands will be economically beneficial to Russia you should support our proposition (conclusion).
