Accommodations

The seats in Tambov 3-stars hotels (suite, 1-bed, 2-beds and 3-beds rooms in “Gallery”, “Grand”, “Derzhavinskaya”, “Amaks Park-Hotel”) had been booked for all Congress participants, accompanying persons and guests.

Booking is done by the Organizing Committee through the registration fee and accommodation is payable by each participant individually. The prices for a room in the Tambov hotels are from 70 to 200 $US per day. There are cheaper hotels where you can reserve a space and via the Internet.

Choice of rooms needed to be reflected in the attached application form.

TRANSPORT

In the city of Tambov is most conveniently reached via Moscow train from Paveletsky railway station. Journey time is 9:0. The best trains to Tambov or Saratov (via Tambov) go at night. Flight duration from airport Vnukovo (Moscow) to airport in Tambov is 1,5:0.

Each guest will be welcomed at the railway station or airport in Tambov, if he will report the date of arrival and the number of the train or airplane flight no later than October 20, 2013 via e-mail. Foreign participants will be available 24 hours a day from 27 till 30 October, 2013 meeting in Moscow (in airports or railway stations) and are constantly accompanied by volunteers from the Russian New University with knowledge of English.Tel./fax: [phone].

The welcome reception of Russian Academy of Sciences’ Presidium with participation of the Ministry of education and science, representatives of the Russian Federation Government will be held on October 28, 2013 for all foreign participants and guests.

Then for each foreign participant and guest will be provided with transportation to travel to Tambov, where they will meet members of the Organizing Committee.

Shuttle service to all participants of the Congress in Tambov and Moscow will be made by the Organizing Committee.

Nutrition

Special free lunches will be provided to all participants, accompanying persons and guests of the Congress, which paid the Conference fees, from 28 till 31 October, 2013 from 14.00 to 15.30 p.m. Breakfasts are included in the cost of hotels, and suppers are paid separately.

Shops, kiosks, cafes, lounges, where you can buy products and goods, drink tea and coffee, soft drinks, will work in the building of the Congress on 28-31 October, 2013, every day from 9.00 a.m. till 20.00 p.m.

IINC President will invite the participants and guests of the Congress at the gala dinner on October 29, 2013 at 18.30 p.m. and the final banquet on October 31, 2013 at 19.00 p.m. Special tickets for these events will be awarded with the final registration at the Congress.
