TEAM provides a wide range of teenage courses and services. These include:

• Teenage evening and weekend studios in Art, Architecture, Fashion, Rock music, Foreign languages, Environment protection, Dancing and Singing.
• Teenage art exhibitions and presentations, as well as master-classes, led by teenagers and experienced teenager-friendly coaches and moderators.
• Street art courses.
• Option to rent facilities and rooms for teenage events (reasonable price).
• Arranging corporative events and team-buildings for local companies and firms.

Competitive Comparison

Teenage art and innovative education industry is not highly competitive. In majority of cases, teenage education is provided by state secondary schools with outdated methods and equipment, while teenage art is not that supported at all with a short rank of exceptions.

Moreover, there is a strong demand of the market for modern and innovative after-classes education, as a milestone for future commercial and social success of the personality, but for reasonable price. The only way to start high-demand project with good profit perspectives is to orient it not to narrow social groups, but to make it open to the majority of society, to give chance to everyone, to create I-do-it-myself teenage society.

In addition, the only barrier to success is not a competition, but national stereotype, that individual is nothing, but the group is everything. We support the idea, that strong society is based on strong personalities, united with the same aims – never give up \ carry on going \ develop and upgrade every day and every minute \ help other peers to choose their way to success \ have an access to modern and actual knowledge. Fulfillment

TEAM hires trained and respected coaches and instructors who provide all the teaching services. In addition, we are negotiating with PEACE CORPS about collaboration issues.

Technology

The technological revolution in computers has enhanced our abilities to teach. TEAM has remained on the cutting edge by instituting the use of computer simulators and remote Web-accessed study material. The company will continue to seek new ways to provide a better and more convenient teaching environment through technology. The virtual class room is a thing of the near future, and we are positioning ourselves to be among the first who will provide such services.

3.5 Future Services

The company believes the best way to reach teenage heart is to keep going. We are planning to provide master-classes for peers in secondary school in 40-60 miles away from Kharkiv to make them be aware of modern educational tendencies, as well as arranging art contests, auctions and exhibitions for them to promote their art and earn some money. Depending on its success, management plans to incorporate this program into other regions of Ukraine.

In addition, TEAM is exploring the possibility of integrating with some American teenage education initiatives for consulting and collaboration.
