For the Master Stone LLP enterprise it is characteristic linearly - functional organizational structure.

The organizational structure of the considered enterprise is presented in figure 2.

Long-term experience of use linearly - functional structures of management showed that they are most effective where the management personnel should carry out a set of routine, often repeating procedures and operations at comparative stability of administrative tasks and functions: by means of rigid system of communications accurate functioning of each subsystem and the organization as a whole is ensured.

Linearly - functional structure of management it is possible to carry to advantages:

- deeper preparation of decisions and the plans connected with specialization of workers;

- release of the chief linear manager from the deep analysis of problems;

- possibility of involvement of consultants and experts.

Shortcomings linearly - functional structure of management treat:

- absence of close interrelations between production offices;

- responsibility as preparing the decision, as a rule, doesn't participate in its realization is insufficiently accurate;

- excessively developed system of interaction down, namely: submission on hierarchy of management, that is, a tendency to excessive centralization.

Direct business management is carried out by the director of Master Stone LLP. In direct submission to the director there is a HR director, the commercial director, the logistics director and the finance director.

The main responsibility for implementation of business processes on sale of this kind of products from a warehouse is born by the commercial director, he is responsible for purchase and realization. Functions are assigned to it one on search of suppliers and formation of client base, and also function in negotiation and the conclusion of contracts. If at the first stage of activity of the enterprise of efforts of one person in these directions was enough, at present it is worth thinking of introduction of a position of the sales manager who will assume the block on formation of client base, negotiations with potential clients and signing of contracts. It will allow the commercial director to analyze more carefully offers from suppliers, to find more favorable options of cooperation that will allow not only to reduce load of it, but also to optimize indicators of cost of sales from a warehouse. Performing functions in considered business processes, such as purchase, storage and realization of products from a warehouse, are distributed optimum.

Owing to that the enterprise treats small business enterprises, it has no opportunity to contain additional employees for implementation of providing business processes. For this reason, such providing processes as safety and legal service are transferred to outsourcing. Control of expeditious and high-quality performance of providing functions is born by the HR director. He is responsible for the organization of administrative ensuring activity of the company. He counts the optimum sum of money which the enterprise is able to afford to spend for implementation of this business process. It supervises target use of the allocated money.

As the main methods of management at the considered enterprise apply economic methods of management. The salary and awarding system here acts as the main methods of management. And, compensation of the manager is directly connected with results of his activity in the sphere of responsibility or with results of activity of all firm.

The important role in management of the enterprise is played by the organizational and administrative methods of management based on discipline, responsibility, the power, coercion.

The essence of an organizational regulation consists in establishment of rules, obligatory for performance both defining the contents and an order of organizational activity (the provision on the enterprise, the firm charter, intra firm standards, provisions, instructions, rules of planning, the account, etc.).

Administrative methods are realized in shape:

- order,

- resolutions,

- orders,

- instructing,

- teams,

- recommendations.

As participants of management process are people, the social relations and the corresponding methods of management reflecting them are important and closely connected with other methods of management. As an example of application of social and economic methods of management it is possible to consider the following elements of personnel policy of Master Stone LLP:

- grants are paid at the birth of the child;

- festive evenings (New year, March 8), professional holidays (Day of trade, etc.) will be organized and spent;

- grants at funeral expenses.
