Generate two random stationary processes in a Simulink environment. The first random process is passed through a forming filer with transfer function W1 and the second one is passed through the forming filer with transfer function W2.
The first random process is represented as a sum of random and sinusoidal components. The sinusoid is characterized with amplitude 2 and frequency in 4 rad\sec. The second random process is represented as a sum of random component and the sinusoid with amplitude 1 and frequency in 10 rad\sec. Derive an output signal as a sum of two random stationary processes. Save data to workspace. Define the following characteristics of the output signal:
1) power spectral density;
2) cross spectral densities;
3) autocovariance and covariance functions;
build their plots.
Open Simulink Library and find Simulink Extras. From Simulink Extras take the following blocks:
- auto Correlator
- cross correlator
- power spectral density
add them to simulink model. Start simulation. Use Alt+PrintScreen to save the simulation results. Compare the simulation results with previous one.
