INTRODUCTION
Foreword
Photo has been widely used in law, media, history, design, and life as a man. Each person has a home photo album, which tells the audience without words the story of your life, showing what you were young, what events are happening in your biography.
Also picture is used in business. Restaurants want colorful pictures on the menu; the editors want to see in their magazines pictures of stars.
In today's world of large companies, magazines, and ordinary people are often faced with the challenge of finding professional photographers who can make beautiful photos. For comparison work and finding the needed photographer, customers spent a lot of time to spend looking through personal websites.
Idea
The main idea is to develop a site for a photo agency, which connect photographers working with individual projects (business to client), and with the projects of the companies (business to business).
Client
The agency, whose job finding photographers to customers and work for photographers.
Users
Users of the site can be divided into several groups:
v Individual customers.
v Companies (for coverage of events)
v Magazines and journals
v Photographers
Individual customers
These can be people of any age, who visit the site from time to time to order photo services on a certain day. They order photography services for events such as birthday, wedding or engagement, love story or creating a portfolio.
Companies
There are two types of companies:
- Companies of show and culture area (nightclubs, theaters, festivals, cinemas, etc.) are interested in photo services. They order the photographers who take pictures of the event guests and participants.
- Manufacturing companies (manufacturers of clothing, food, cosmetics, etc.) which want to take photos in order to promote their product.
Magazines and journals
We can find many photos in magazines and newspapers. This site can offer a team of photographers who take photos for a magazine cover or for a particular article. This service is interesting for publishers of magazines, in which required photographs of famous people or items photos (fashion, bibliographic journals).
Photographers
Photographers who have the skills that the photos in different areas can get a job on this site.
Targets
· Photographers
Photographers take part in our project in order to show their works to the world, gain popularity and received an orders.
· Magazines and companies
Magazines and companies visit our site to see works with different categories and find desired photographers who will work in their projects
· Individual customers
Individual customers are peoples who want to find a photographer to work at once or twice. They want to see the works of photographers to understand what photos they want.
REQUIREMENTS ANLYSIS AND GOALS
Goals
Business Goals
The most important goal for every company nowadays is to make more money. The main way to make money is to attract customers to photographers; the most important thing is to focus the attention on the activities of the agency that increase the profits.
v Task Force: Companies
Motivation: Very important to attract more companies that need to coverage for their activities and want to subscribe long-term contracts. For example, night clubs which want to place party photos in the internet and need in photographers every week.
v Task Force: Magazines and journals.
Motivation: The goal is to attract editors who are interested in contracts with the agency to provide photographic services. On this site, they can view the work and choose your favorite photographer. For example, to work on the clothing catalog
v Task Force: Individual customers.
Motivation: Individual projects bring less money, but numbers of them are much more than big projects. People need in photos of important events in their lives: wedding, birthday, etc.
v Task Force: Photographers.
Motivation: The goal is to attract photographers who can post their work on the site. The more work is in place, the more choices for consumers.
Communication goals
We live in a world in which the basic law, "time - money." For this reason, the main goal for each of the Task Forces is time saving.
v Task Force: Companies
Motivation: Companies can save time as to find a group of photographers they do not need to go to the personal sites of each photographers, they can browse their work on the site of photo agency and choose the needed people to them.
v Task Force: Magazines and journals.
Motivation: Magazines often need in people who specialize only in gloss shooting. You can spend a lot of time browsing the site and looking for the essentials. Site sections of the agency simplify the job.
v Task Force: Individual customers.
Motivation: On site photo agency private customers can compare the work of photographers and choose what they like. This saves time when searching.
v Task Force: Photographers.
Motivation: By becoming a user of this site, photographers can easily find a job as a personal project and in the group.

Main requirement for users is the ease of use and the availability of all necessary site. For all users is mandatory presence of contact agencies and information about it.

v Photographers: information about photographers (short description of his/her personal life, areas of work, working equipment, skills, examples of photo for each service line)
v Projects: information about projects of the photo agency (name, date, short description, names of photographers who created this project, 3-4photos, 1 video)
v Sections: information about photo sections (short descriptions, photos with subscribe, list of photographers, price list)
v Agency: information about the photo agency (history, contacts, map)
v Awards: information about photographers’ awards (full name, section, name of photographer, short description) or agency’s awards
v Articles: articles about awards of the photographers and the photo agency (name of article, content, images, list of photographers’ names or list of awards)
v Vacancies: information about the vacancies of the photo agency (description of work areas)
Service:
Application form for the employment photographer, in which they will upload their works, write data indicate and area of working.
