6.1. For the purpose of coordination of their activities the Parties hereto shall appoint their representatives (“Contractor`s representative” and “ Customer`s Representative”) that shall be authorized to control and guide the performance of the present Contract.

 

6.2. Any Equipment shall meet the required and obligatory specifications provisioned by the existing legislation (including without limitation Gosgortechnadzor regulations, environmental, safety and fire precautions, sanitary standards, etc.). If due to any reason some equipment fails to comply with above mentioned regulations and requirements, the Contractor shall undertake actions to arrange the cue of the discovered faults and/or replacement of such faulty Equipment.

If the Act states that Contractor has not caused the failure of Customer`s equipment the cue of defects and replacement of such Equipment is exercised on Customer`s expense. In all other cases the cue of defects and replacement of Equipment (including Customer`s equipment) is exercised on Contractor`s expense. In spite of provisions hereof minor repairs and maintenance of Customer`s equipment shall be exercised on the account of the Contractor.

 

6.3. The workovers of Customer`s facilities and equipment shall be exercised on Customer`s expense in case by-lateral act has determined that the Contractor did not cause the need for such workovers. Additional Agreement may be signed by the Parties hereto to arrange for workovers execution on the side of Contractor.

6.4. At any time during the term of this Contract the Customer has the right to inspect and reject such Facilities and Equipment, which it deems unsatisfactory.

6.5. For the purpose of control over performance of the present Contract the Contractor shall timely submit to the Customer the status reports, including without limitation:

6.5.1. Work completion daily reports

6.5.2. Information and data required for statistics reporting by the Customer to the state bodies on oil production volumes in accordance with existing legislation and the terms of “K” Contract.

6.5.3. Other documents, information and data agreed by the Parties hereto.

 

6.6. The security of the facilities and equipment shall be provided by the Contractor on its account and for his own expense.

 

6.7. Upon termination of the present Contract due to any reason the Contractor shall transfer to the Customer by Act Customer`s facilities and equipment, and the Customer undertakes to receive such Facilities and Equipment and pay for the services rendered by the Contractor in accordance with the reconciliation act.
