· Recruitment policy.

Nestlé considers the company personnel as most valuable of the assets. Participation of the personnel in company work at all levels begins with an open exchange to opinions. Nestlé in every possible way welcomes and encourages proposals of employees on change or business improvement.

Business relations in the company are under construction so that:

-To encourage continuous improvement of workers by means of training and professional development at all levels of the organization

-To provide promotion on merits, irrespective of racial and a sex, age. The main criteria for promotion are professional skills, experience.

-To provide competitive level of a salary and grants.

· Training programs. In the Nestlé company the Program of Preparation of Young Specialists for students and graduates of higher education institutions is successfully realized. The program is calculated on 2 years and assumes work in one of the directions:

Sales department:

Marketing department (8 months);

Sales department (8 months);

Logistics department (4 months);

Department of Finance (4 months), including Nestle Business Services (2 months, Samara).

Financial Program:

Department of Internal Audit

· Office routines.

Offices of the Nestlé company are equipped with various colorful cafes and restaurants where employees can carry out a lunch break. Also at offices there are automatic machines for cleaning of various footwear and coolers.

· Child-care facilities.

The NESTLÉ company makes more than 145 years qualitative baby food for kids of the most different age (children's mixes of NAN®, children's mixes of NESTOGEN®, children's Nestle® porridges, GERBER® mashed potatoes).

 

V. Some important information.

From the first days of the existence the NESTLÉ company sought to apply ecologically safe methods of economic activity around the world and now continues to improve significantly work in this direction. The NESTLÉ company makes a contribution to a sustainable development by satisfaction of needs of today taking into account interests and needs of future generations. This obligation is underlined in "Policy of the NESTLÉ company concerning environmental protection".

The NESTLÉ company also adheres to "A business charter of a sustainable development" International chamber of commerce. This Charter demands realization of the principles, programs and the methods directed on conducting activity in ecologically safe ways.

 

The NESTLÉ company supports three main ecological principles of the Global contract of the UN.

Thus, NESTLÉ company:

Supports preventive approach to the solution of environmental problems;

Undertakes measures for increase of ecological responsibility;

Encourages development and distribution of ecologically safe technologies.
