This company is secondary. Swiss company, the world's largest producer of food. Nestlé makes instant coffee, mineral water, chocolate, ice cream, broths, dairy products, baby food, a forage for pets, pharmaceutical production and cosmetics.

· Company history.

· The company was founded in 1866 by the Swiss druggist Henri Nestlé, who was born

on August 10, 1814, died on July 7, 1890 at the age of 75 years. He decided to use as the trademark the family coat of arms — a nest with birds.

Experimenting various combinations of milk, wheat flour and sugar, he created a product for artificial feeding of the babies who aren't receiving maternal milk. Its main objective was to help with a solution of the problem of the child mortality caused by insufficient and improper feeding. The new product received the name "Henri Nestlé's Dairy Flour" and some years later actively was on sale in the majority of the countries of Europe. In 1875 Henri Nestle sold the company to partners in business. And in April of 2007 Nestlé buys the producer of baby food of Gerber.

· Background of company. Julius Maggi founded «Maggi and Company» firm which to the end of the century made soluble soups, cubes, sauces and seasonings. In 1947 it united with Nestlé.

· Organizational structure. 330 thousand people.

· CEO, his background and qualifications. In Hanry’s family there were fourteen children, he was the eleventh. He got an education of the druggist and then worked in a drugstore in the small Swiss town Vev.

The light interior in a zone a reception. There is a big zone of expectation where there is a lot of bright furniture, which create positive mood. One wall is executed from soft fabric panels of firm red color. On a plan this wall can serve as information board where it is possible to attach various drawings, posters or simply notes.

The structure of office represents the open working zone (open space). Offices of heads and meeting rooms are executed from glass partitions. In end faces of each corridor there are intra office spiral staircases serving as additional communication between floors. The design of each floor is attached to a certain color: working zones are laid out by a monochrome carpet tile of the appropriate color.

In Russia the company lets out a wide range of food products under the trademarks "Nescafé", "Kitkat", "Nesquik", "Ekstrem", "Russia — Generous Soul", "Bohn Pari", "Nuts", "Maggi", "Perrier", "Friskies", "Felix", "Purina ONE", "Darling", etc.

Nestlé representation in Russia is valid from 1995. The director general of representation — Maurizio Patarnello.

In Russia Nestlé supervises the following enterprises:

Russia chocolate factory (Samara), ice cream factory in Zhukovsky, Kamskaya confectionery (Perm), factory of instant and sublimated coffee (Timashyovsk), plant of baby food and Bystrov factory, forage factory for pets.
