Ask your students to make a little gymnastics or show the gymnastics your own and they better repeat!

 

4. REMEMBER ……Travel….. VOCABULARY

 

GAME BOX: BANG BANG!

ATT: Before you start playing please make sure you mention to them: we are going to use “………….” vocabulary. So they might need to look through that one!

Players: Divide the group into two teams. Explain that they are cowboys and they are involved in a duel. One student from each team comes to the front. Get them to pretend to draw their pistols. Say "how do you say (and student shows on his/herself a body part or a piece of clothes or smth that was on a vocab list)...". The first child to give the answer and then "bang bang", pretending to shoot his opponent is the winner. He remains standing and the other one sits down.

 

Reward: You give 1 point for the right answer and 5 extra points if they manage to "kill" 4 opponents in a row.

Finally: winning team gets 500 deneg (and they slit the mount between)

 

BIG BREAK (12-15 minutes)

ATT: 1) Try to find out how your students are doing after the first part of a class? What was good? What was bad? (Pay special attention to the shy ones) 2)you are welcome to help yourself with the icebreaking communication with students while TEA-MOMENT

 

6. Slang Time:

5) Crack a joke – отмачивать шутку, прикалываться (ex: Не is so funny! Cracking jokes all over!)

6) Gaga – ошарашенный, с приветом (ex: Sometimes you are so gaga!)

7) Sissy boy/girl – плакса, мамин сынок/доченька (ex:)

8) Buddy – дружище

9) Deadpan – с каменным выражением лица, без эмоций (ex: he has no emotions, he is a deadpan)

10) Cheesecake – красотка (Ex: She is a cheesecake, very attractive girl)

 

7. Game Box: CRAZY STORY

ATT: This is an activity that will make your students speak in class and be creative.

Story to tell (for teacher):

ATT: you can make your own story

When I started my first job, I was not quite sure about being on the right spot of my career. I took a position of a hairdresser in one of the fancy salons of our town. The funniest thing was: I never knew how to deal with any hair at all … but my mom`s friend who actually was the owner and the receptionist at the same (that lady loved to be different and multiplexed even at home: at home she takes a position of an awesome housewife, creative baker and family economist to take control over family money system) time took me easily with no doubts…somehow… My first client came around noon and asked to die its hair and cut it a little bit…I got lost for a second, but after…I finally started. 40 minutes later, I turned my client`s chair so the customer have an opportunity to look at the mirrow…the reaction was…

 

8. To sum up:

 

· Talking to students about how do they like classes so far

· What would they like to do over at the class (games to play)

· What would they fix

· FEED BACK TIME: Give out little pieces of paper and ask them to write down a little feed back. Explanation to tell the students: “we are very interested in your success and the atmosphere you are in, that`s why every class we are going to fill up a Feed-Back-Sheet so we can fix your class the way it would be perfect for you”

 

9. Collect Feed-Back-Sheets (give them all to Anastasia Koroleva afterwards)

ATT: be careful, don`t loose it J

 

10. Say a little inspiration to students before letting them go. Don`t forget to THANK THEM for the class with APPLOUSE!
