Hotel facilities are some kind of rooms, equipment or services that are provided for a particular aim(цель). Nowadays most hotels of the world are well-equipped with modern facilities. People choose a hotel based on suitable facilities for them. Es an example, I would like to say a few words about Nipa Resort Hotel. It has such facilities as: Night Club, Beach Bar, SPA Treatment Rooms, Fitness Center, Sauna, Jacuzzi, Water Sports, Tennis Courts, Mini Golf, Kids Club, Golf Club, Meeting rooms with all the necessary equipment, 2 restaurants which serve international cuisine and 2 bars. As for rooms, there are doubles with balcony and beach view, family rooms, standarts and suites. All of these rooms have their private bathroom, colour TV, telephone and the Internet. Different people have different tastes. That’s why they choose the best variant for them. For example, a young couple on their honeymoon would like a hotel in a quiet and romantic place, with a good restaurants, with a bathroom instead a shower. An elderly couple would like a hotel in a city center and as cheap as possible. So, it depends on aims.
Booking a hotel room through a travel agency.
Booking a hotel room yourself is the hard way. Booking through a travel agent is the old-fashioned way. A travel agent knows the best prices on hotel rooms in the city you'll be traveling to. A travel agent also gets feedback(обратная связь) from previous(предыдущий) customers, so they are familiar(знакомы) with the trial-and-error process(процесс проб и ошибок) of finding good hotel rooms. Finally, if the travel agent sends a lot of customers to a hotel, that agent might get bargains(скидка) on hotel rooms. Even charging you a fee, the travel agent might get you a cheaper hotel room than you can book yourself. At the same time, the travel agent isn't likely to arrange the cheapest hotel rooms for you. That is likely to go to the big hotel booking agency.
Conference facilities.
The success of the conference depends on its preliminary(предварительный) organization. Conducting(проведение) and organization of official events at the good level is a task that requires a very serious preparation(подготовка), because a large number of resources and technology are activated(задействовано) to conduct a conference at the highest level.
A conference hall or conference room is a room provided for events such as business conferences and meetings. It is commonly found at large hotels and convention centers though many other companies, including even hospitals, have one. Sometimes other rooms are modified for large conferences such as arenas or concert halls. Conference rooms can be windowless for security purposes. Typically, the facility provides furniture, overhead projectors, stage lighting, screen, LCD TV, DVD player, basic sound system (amplifier(усилитель) + 2 wireless(беспроводной) microphones)and a speaker`s desk. Meeting rooms should be spacious and comfortable and have all the necessary equipment for conferences, the most modern lighting and sound equipment, as well as wireless high-speed Internet in every room.
