· Facilitates development of others by helping them to identify their strengths, and opportunities to capitalize on them;

B) Expectations and macthingability

This part is for defining how person will act at the internship, how fast can you match him and for setting right expectations.

- How can you leave your family, studies, girlfriend/boyfriend for internship?

- At internship children fighting and don't listen to you. What will you do?

- You came to internship country. And there revolution started. What will you do?

- You live in one-room flat with 7 Chinese guys and they speak too loud, even at night. What will you do?

- You came and you have no JD. What will you do?

- Your salary is not so high as you expected. What will you do?

- 3 main things you want to get from internship. Why will this XP be useful?

- What are your expectations?

- Why do you choose AIESEC not Work&travel?

- You have 3 days a week working. What will you do at your free time?

- What do you know about AIESEC?

 

 

Random questions:

- How are you?

- Tell some funny case happened during this week.

- Why evolution came to human round head not square?

- Which animal are you? Why?

 

Useful tips:

 

• Use PARLA (Problem-Action-Result-Learned-Applied) system. When you ask a candidate to describe the situation of his life, and he said what he thought he had done, what it led to, and learned how to apply this knowledge.

• Ask th4e candidate about his personal vision, values, priorities in life.

• Ask why they need organization, find out about the expectations if he / she successfully get on the internship.

 

3. The final phase

1. Ensure that you ask whatever they wanted
2. Candidate can ask questions

• consult with the partner (if any): "All we have covered?"
• Ask questions of whether there is a candidate. If yes, to answer them.

How to behave during an interview?

• Do not be late
• Turn off cell
• Take breaks between the two interviews
• Smile
• Stay calm and do not worry yourself, relax
