First of all you should think about your appearance. In this situation it will help you to make a first positive impression. If you don’t know how to do it yourself, consult a specialist. Then you will have to think over your first introduction of yourself. It shouldn’t be too long or too short. You should make an impression of a self-confident but at the same time considerate person.

5. Some people think that it is necessary to have a good command of a foreign language to get a good job. Do you agree with this?

Of course I agree. Nowadays it’s almost impossible to imagine any profession without global communication. You need a foreign language so as to contact your colleagues from different countries, to read about advanced ideas in your professional branch or to visit a conference. Your employer will prefer to have a person who is potentially able to manage all these things.

2. Do you want to have a part-time job, when you are a student? Why (not)?

So as to answer this question you should have any idea about a part-time job and about a student’s life. I haven’t got any of the experienced mentioned above. But I guess it’s not so easy to study at the university and have even a part-time job. Probably it will be reasonable to think about it at senior courses when you’ve got some knowledge and then it will be very useful to find a job connected with your future profession.

3. What questions will you ask your future employer when applying for a job?

-What is a timetable for me?

-Have you got any special rules to regulate a working day?

-Is there any dress-code in your office?

-What is the period of holidays?

-Are there any additional financial rewards for the job?

2. Is there any profession you wouldn’t like to go into? Why (not)?

When I think about different professions I try to imagine myself in different roles. Everybody wants to benefit from the social privileges provided by the profession. At the same time other factors are important. Much depends on the inclinations and interests of a person. It is wonderful when one’s hobby becomes one’s profession.

Only by knowing yourself you will be able to make the right decisions about your career. It means learning about your interests, values, goals, aptitudes and skills. Having made my self assessment, I may say I wouldn’t like to be a doctor, an engineer, an actress, a lawyer, a shop-assistant, a teacher …
