The Russian patent № 2236212. “The Vibro-Resonant Spine Corrector».

 

A patient lies on the massage surface. The massage cell (1) is placed under one of the regions of the patient’s spine. This cell is connected by the hose (2) with the pressing cell (3). Both cells are made of a flexible unextensible material. The cells and the hose are filled with water. If the pressing mechanism (4) compresses the pressing cell, the water will transfer pressure into the massage cell and its volume will increase. The part of the spine will rise; and it will sink if the pressure decreases. Thus the peculiar deep inner massage
is carried out.

 

The massage cell is in constant contact with the vibrogenerator (5) which is capable of changing its oscillatory frequency. The best condition for effective treatment is a coincidence of two frequencies: that of the generator and that of the resonant frequency of the sore part of the spine.

 

The vertebrae perceive this vibration actively. Distances between vertebrae change. The nuclei of the intervertebral disks are displaced to the front part of the body.
