EMPLOYMENT LAW

Providing advice relating to disputes, contractual terms and conditions, disciplinary issues and procedures, grievances, TUPE Regulations, Negotiating settlements; negotiating with ACAS to compromise and settle employment and tribunal claims; drafting compromise agreements.

3. CHILD CARE LAW
