«1st World Cup», which will be held in Italy, Cesenatico (FC), 16 - 17 of November 2012.

Delegation:
Invitations to the Federation and clubs from the countries, which are the members of the International Federation of Aesthetic Group Gymnastics and which, only are going to enter.
Senior groups of clubs are allowed.

10.00 - 12.30 – Official trainings (5 minutes per group) in the competition hall
14.45 – 15.45 – Judges Technical meeting
16.00 – 20.30 – Preliminary Competition
20.45 – Draw for Finals
Saturday, 17.11.2012
09.00 - 11.45 – Free trainings for the Finalists in the competition hall
11.00 – 12.00 – Judges Technical meeting
12.00 - 14.00 – Final Competition
14.30 - Gala Concert
15.00 - Awarding Ceremony
19.00 – Banquet and farewell party (for all participants).

We are asking you’re to register your teams in time.
Judges:
International Judges with IFAGG license 2012. In World Cup maximum 2 judges per country are accepted.
Judges list for World Cup I will be confirmed by IFAGG. Judges proposal (on IFAGG registration form) must be made to IFAGG via e-mail: office@ifagg.com by 01.10. 2012.
IFAGG nominates and confirms judges list after due dates of judges’ registration.
IFAGG reserved the right to invite the Judges for World Cup. Delegations will be in charge for all expenses of judges (travel costs, accommodation, and transportation).
Accommodation:

The costs covered by the delegations (by bank transfer)
The organizer does not cover costs of delegation. Please send your requests ASAP.
Judges, coaches and gymnasts will be accommodated in:
1. Accademia Acrobatica Village - accommodation with the possibility to training
1. Full board - 35 euro per person per day
2. Half board – 30 euro,
3. Bed &breakfast – 23 euro. Accomodation: from 2 to 6 persons in the room.
Price per person.
All the rooms are with bathroom inside.

Transportation:

The costs covered by the delegations (by bank transfer)
The organizing committee will be able to offer the transfer from:
1. Airports of Rimini or Forli to Cesenatico (30 km) by bus, it will cost 5 (five) EUR each person each way.
2. Airports of Ancona or Bologna to Cesenatico (100km) by bus, it will cost 10 (ten) EUR each person each way.
3. Railway station of Cesenatico to hotels will be free.

Participation Fee:
Payment date till 31/10/2012
Delegations pay the Participation Fee 100 EUR per group (by bank transfer)
If the registered team will not participate – the participation fee are not sending back!
