Так как у данного агентского соглашения 2 стороны – Агент и Комитент, необходимо правильно употреблять соответствующие местоимения: одна и другая стороны – the one and the other, любая из сторон – either party, ни одна из сторон – neither party.
2. Addendum, addenda –следует обратить внимание на правильное изменение по числам; единственное число – addendum, множественное число- addenda.
3. A third party – в данном контексте употребляется неопределенный артикль, означающий – «любая третья сторона».
