Men should give opportunities to women. If woman is one of these talents, she needs to have a post in a politics, or make though own business. I hope people should keep a balance between men and women.
The women in politics
The women in different populations
Most of people think, that women in politics are not responsible, than men. Another population
is sure, that women in politics and in some businesses are general manager and they can rule all
situation. In my point of view, not all of women can be selected to the post of politics. Just
several women of different population have a talent to keep any situation under control.
The first reason, why I think, that not all of women can be politics, is that women always have a
things more important than career. Majority of women, have a “mission” like to be the best housewife. As we know, person should be chosen for their profession,
especially I told about women politics as Angela Merkel, Christine Lagarde, Hillary Clinton,
Dariga Nazarbayeva etc. They show the best results than men. Unfortunately, another one
women mustn’t do any like a business or politics.
I have never seen a women politics in my country-Uzbekistan, because tradition of Uzbek nation
is that man is the main breadwinner. There are not specific legal restrictions on women’s
freedom of movement, but it appears that many women in Uzbekistan face restrictions on their
day-to-day movement, imposed by their husband or mothers-in-law: in the 2002, 58% of women
reported that they could not visit relatives without permission, and 55% said they needed
permission to visit friends. In the same survey, 15% of women reported that they were not
allowed to visit the market, health centre or neighbors unaccompanied. Overall though, women
are poorly represented in political and other decision – making bodies in Uzbekistan. For
instance, very few women are chairs of the makhalla committees (living area
administration).Women’s rights organization have worked to raise awareness among women of
their right (for example, in regard to land), and providing services to victims of domestic
violence and marketing. I think, it is not right, cause women should get it like a discrimination.
But it is not reason to take out tradition of past generations.
In a Germany, majority of housekeepers are men, and women are “hard workers”. This nation
forgot the word “discrimination”. They are living in a real time and moving by the new
generation. Earlier 1980s, politician women in the West Germany parliament left nearly 10% -
no more than in the first election in which women were allowed to parts in 1918. Later, in 2002s
federal level of the number of female parliamentarians grew continuously to 32%. German
political parties – the Christian democrat, the Social Democrat, the Liberals and the Party of
Democratic socialism in the field of equal representations of women in politics, and undertaking
to shed light on their perceptions of women and gender quality. It concludes that women
members of parliament, supported by other women’s groups, have greatly influenced these
policy-making processes and, thus, the political culture in Germany. Gender equality is normal
for them, but I think is not normal for Muslim countries.
About Muslims, patterns of women’s employment vary throughout the Muslim world:
nearly in 2005 16% of Pakistan women were “economically active” (either employed, or
unemployed but available to hard working), whereas 52% of Indonesian women were. Islamic
law however, permits women to work by Islam rules: the work should not require the men or
woman to violate Islamic law (for example, serving alcohol), and be mindful of the women’s
safety; If the work requires the woman to leave her home, she must maintain her ‘modesty’ just
as with man. I think politics of Muslim countries are exist by Qur’an, where has written,
that, man in family is general breadwinner and women must to serve her husband and be faithful
wife forever. I am agreeing with this right of Qur’an, but I am sure for 30% that, the women
need to work for self-employment and it is useful for them.
To sum up, women in politics is very good, but men should not forget, that. According to the human rights all people have the same rights. So women have all opportunities to make career in politics. Men should give opportunities to women. If woman is one of these talents, she needs to have a post in a politics, or make though own business. I hope people should keep a balance between men and women.
