People; reporter’s personal opinion or comment; references to ‘me’ or ‘I’; active voice; quotes; names; ages; lies; hype; overembellishment; non-attributable quotes; comments or facts; obscurity; addresses; passive voice; topicality; relevant location; correct spelling and grammar; clear writing comments and facts; attributable quotes; long words; facts; assumption; current, up-to-the-minute and well-sourced information; short and simple words, phrases and sentences.
