III. Federal Arbitration Courts (94)
- The Supreme Arbitration Court of Russian Federation – is the highest judicial body for settling economic disputes. The Supreme Arbitration Court is the court of final instance in commercial disputes in Russia. It supervises the work of lower courts of arbitration and gives interpretation of laws.

The Supreme Arbitration Court judges are appointed by the Federation Council of Russia on the recommendation of the Russian President

- federal arbitration courts of districts (10 districts - Volga-Vyatka Region, East Siberian Region, Far Eastern District, Far Eastern District, West-Siberian District, Moscow District, Volga Region, Northwestern District, North Caucasus region, Ural district, Central District)
