Economy -is the special world with the laws and problems. Modern economic science is one of the greatest intellectual and practically significant achievements of humankind. Only thanks to an economic science, people have got into secrets of the device of a social production and should to create the mechanism of its optimum regulation.

The object of discipline studying «Bases of the economic theory» are laws of development of the social and economic attitudes arising between subjects of the market on micro-, macro-and mesolevels, between the state and subjects of the market, the state and a society, features and priorities of the socially-focused model of market economy in Kazakhstan.

Teaching of Bases of the economic theory is called to promote students to increase of their theoretical level and formation of the scientifically-proved economic outlook. During studying the given discipline the student will know the general bases of the economic theory, and also law of development of social and economic relations at various stages of development of a society, in various economic systems.

2. The aim of discipline:

he basis of the economic theory is preparation of the experts owning theoretical knowledge and practical skills in the field of an economic life of a society, about methods and tools of studying of these phenomena, about ways and means of the decision of economic problems.

3.Tasks of training discipline "the Basis of the economic theory» consist in teaching students theoretical knowledge of evolution and laws of social and economic development of a society in various economic systems, and also about principles and motives of economic behaviour of the person in conditions of the limited resources to form economic outlook and an active civic stand in state economic and social policy realization.

4. Prerequisites of discipline:

Philosophy, the history of Kazakhstan, the politology.

5. Postrequisites of discipline:

Social hygiene and the organization of public health services;

Economy of public health services;

Politology; Sociology.
