**Hire per hour rate is for 4 consecutive hours minimum, working day of 8 hours includes 100 miles with 1 pound per mile above this limit.

- Cancellation policy – 24 hours, later on we will do our best to allocate another assignment for the driver and if succeeded not to charge the customer

- Car park costs and waiting time up to 1 hour for airport transfers are not charged, after that – as hire per hour

- Night time surcharge for 11pm-6am is 10£/hour
