The crystal echoes the raptor's excel­lent vision and its keen sense of awareness. The hawk approaches its nest where four swords of stability are absorbing the warmth of the sun. The golden energy is being transferred to the tangle of branches that comprise the hawk's nest. Feathers fly through the air and become one with the spirals, representing the forces of renewed life.

Description

After a period of conflict and mental turmoil, it is now time to embrace a more positive outlook and establish a stronger sense of awareness about who we are and where we are going. This is a time to find a balance between personal expansion and self-protection. By establishing a strong, peaceful home envi­ronment, it will be easier to approach new situations with a greater sense of stability and confidence.

The bats symbolize death and rebirth. They reemerge into their chamber of safety after fleeing the intense energy of a new day's sun. Five swords dangle from the cave's entrance as the bats fly through. The swords symbolize the challenges of passing across a threshold of mental and emotional conflict. The stalag­mites and stalactites are reminders of past events resurfacing as hin­drances to current situations. The golden light of the sun attempts to pierce through the darkness of the cave or unconscious. The bats serve to remind us that we cannot escape truth, but we must face our fears in order to avoid continued conflicts that may be initiated by irrational behavior.

Description

Failure to address issues that are residing in the unconscious is projecting itself toward how you are dealing with others. Instead of fortifying new relationships and allowing your­self to be stimulated by mutually beneficial exchanges, you are sab­otaging new situations with your own distorted point of view. Your negative behavior is resulting in alienation and the need to retreat to the safe haven of your own domain. Like the bat, you may need to develop better senses when encountering the darker areas of the mind. Try to decipher the meanings of your dreams, where elements of your psyche may be residing.
