Landing on the bridge

All kind of landing on the bridge, or intention to land on the bridge, should be considered Ippon.

Remarks:

Final proposal for the number of referees on the mat and the procedure of care system control will follow from Juan and Jan.

Techniques values

-IPPON:to give more value «to take into account only the techniques with real impact on the ground on the back».

Penalties

There will be tree “shido”

1st Shido penalty is not anymore free and corresponds to Yuko. However, at the end of the fight and in case of equal points comprising a technical value and a penalty, the fighter who performed the technique will be declared the winner.(Eg: In case of equal contest 1 yuko for technique will win in front of 1 yuko for shido (graphic should be adapted))

2ndShido penalty corresponds to Waza –Ari.

3rdShido penalty corresponds to Hansoku-Make.

Should be penalized with shido:

- Low position of the athletes, with head down

- Pushing down system, in case when an athlete having two grips, (one on collar, one lapel) is blocking and/or pushing down.

-The gripping with 2 hands should be done in maximum 10 seconds after hajime

-Breaking the grip by 2 hands is allowed just by immediately attack (similarly like belt grip)

-Cross gripping should be followed by an immediate attack. Same rule as for the belt gripping.

Should be penalized with Hansoku-make:

- Prohibited all grips under the belt

Duration of Contests

- 4 minutes contests

- No time limit for Golden Score (Hanteï is cancelled)

Ne Waza

Osae-Komi:

- Will continue also outside of the contest area as long osae-komi was called inside

- Osae-komi scores 10 seconds for yuko, 15 seconds for waza-ari, and 20 seconds for ippon

Composition of the delegations for individual World and Continental Championships

9 entries in total for men and 9 entries for women.

The maximum of 2 athletes per category for a maximum of 2 categories for men and maximum of 2 athletes per category for a maximum of 2 categories for women.

Maximum of total delegation 18 athletes.

Suggestion for cadets and juniors: same principle (maximum 2 categories with 2 athletes for men, and maximum 2 categories with 2 athletes for women)

- 10x10 m for Olympics, Worlds, Continental Championships and Master

Denomination World Cups

Name:“Continental” Open of “City”. E.g.: European Open of Roma, Asian Open Ulaanbaatar….

Cadets – U 18

3 years for Cadets

Juniors - U 21

3 years for juniors(upgrade 1more year)

Ranking List Events

Only one annual and official IJF event can be organized in the same country except of World Championships, Masters or Continental Championships.

Delegation Participating Fees

Organizing countries should not request fee penalties for countries which cannot make bank transfers but can pay in cash money upon arrival.On the other hand, they should inform well in advance the organizing country andspecify the number of participants before the deadline.

Information

The IJF is going to prepare international Refereeing and Coaching Seminars in each continent, in order to explain and clarify the new rules. IJF will invite 1 referee and 1 coach each nation (accommodation and meals). Travel fees are covered by the delegates. Additional delegates can attend on own costs.

Экспериментально с 1-го января 2013г. до Чемпионата Мира в Рио (включительно)следующие пункты:

Взвешивание:

Взвешивание атлетов будет запланировано за день до соревнований.

Взвешивание будет проводиться утром в день соревнований в течение контроля дзюдоги, перед первым поединком с целью определить влияние этого нового изменения на вес спортсмена в течение соревнований. Если собранные данные потребуют новых изменений, это будет поддержано. Процедура будет обеспечена. (Намерением этого изменения является сохранение здоровья спортсменов: 1) Сон, 2) Промежуток между взвешиванием и соревнованиями).

Медиа-депертамен должен получить возможность иметь короткий пресс- и медиаконтакт (не беспокоя спортсменов) с атлетами высокого класса.
