Synopsis

A hands-on, entrepreneurial, developing and fun work with clear responsibilities from day 1 in a fast-growing business and a stepping stone to more senior positions at EF in Russia and beyond.

The role

As a Regional Sales Manager you will join the largest Russian product team within the Language group and head the sales and marketing activities in St. Petersburg. The segment of the business is primarily B2C, but your tasks will include coordination of business development efforts B2B (company offers) and B2G (cooperation with ministries and schools) as well. You will report to the Regional Director in St Petersburg and Country Product Manager in Moscow.

 

Your main responsibilities will include, but not be limited to

· Co-developing overall sales strategy for the program in the region

· Perform sales analyses and pro-actively propose improvements

· Creatively driving and increasing sales in existing and new sales channels

· Building up and maintaining relationships to students, teachers and representatives from educational institutions

· Initiating and performing sales and marketing activities like direct mail campaigns off- and online; exploring partnership options and cooperation with educational institutions (B2G) and other companies (B2B)

· Telemarketing, presentations and sales meetings with visiting clients

· Participation in the preparation process of the programs, like visa and flight organization plus liaising with production offices globally; creating robust and efficient admin processes
