Text II Use this text to answer B's questions.
The Dinka live in the southern part of the Sudan. The men of the tribe look after cattle, and they regard them as extremely important. When a boy grows up, his father gives him a special bull, and he looks after it for the rest of its life. He plays with it and sings songs to it, and when it dies he mourns for it like a friend. Although the Dinka get milk from their cattle, they don't normally eat them. If they want meat, they usually hunt hippopotamus in the River Nile.

The Tuareg live in the Sahara region of North Africa. People call them the 'Blue People', because they wear blue robes. Both men and women cover their faces with veils, as a protection against sand and duststorms. Traditionally, the Tuareg breed camels and take camel caravans across the Sahara.
