Participation Requirements

The Organizing committee kindly requests the participants (with publications in the journal of scientific papers) to fill online the registration form (Appendix 1) and to submit via e-mail the paper in compliance with the publication requirements (Appendix 2).

The application is to be submitted to the Organizing Committee - [e-mail] not later than October 10, 2015.

The Scientific Journal Publications shall be assigned ISBN number and library indices, placed in the Scientific eLibrary (eLibrary.ru) as well as included in the base of Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI).

Scientific journal publications’ charge – 600 rubles. The author can make an order for participation certificate if necessary – 150 rubles. Plus additional postage expenses: 150 rubles per journal within Russia and 500 rubles for other countries. The e-version of the journal is 50 rubles.

Appendix 2

Publication Requirements

· Papers should be arranged in A4, book format, with 20 mm margin at the bottom, on the left, right and down.

· The author’s/coauthor’s names should be typed in Times New Roman script, 14 pt., in bold and centered. The next line should include the name of university/company, italics. The title of the Conference paper comes next, in bold and capitalized.

· The abstract is followed by key words.

· The text of the paper is in Times New Roman script, 14 pt., 1.0 line spacing.

· Bibliography.

· The electronic version of papers should be sent to [e-mail]
