Problem-solution Essay Outline
I. Introduction
Thesis: In spite of the fact, unemployment becomes as a significant problem, there are several solutions such as to reduce the number of not certified universities, to ensure students with special vacancies and to create a new workplaces.

Unemployment occurs when somebody who is capable to work may not gain a job for several reasons, but it does not mean that person who is out of work is worthless or subhuman.

One of the first possible solutions that reduce the number of people who suffer from unemployment is to diminish the institutes that are not certified.

Another solution of unemployment is to improve economy of United States of America by creating new workplaces.

One of the useful solutions of unemployment is to obtain the graduated students with special vacancies in order to help them not to lose the education and skill that young people gained from universities.

III. Conclusion (restates the thesis, summarizes the main similarities and differences)
In conclusion, from the facts and from a several strong arguments that were given in this essay the right possible solution of decreasing the rate of unemployed young people in the United States of America is to reduce the number of universities which cannot give a good education. As the result, the number of well-educated students will be accurately increased. Additionally, if there would not be unverified universities majority of young people would not spend the time for free and would search for good place to get the education or would try to find the job in construction industry where education is not needed as well.
