The competition shall be held views on the nominations and age categories in accordance with the program and view the order, approved by the Organizing Committee.

The Organizing Committee reserves the right to:

The Organizing Committee of the Festival:

The jury of the festival-contest:

The composition of the jury of the competition organizing committee is formed. The jury consists of professionals only. The jury reserves the right not to award all prizes. The jury's decision is final and is not disputed and can not be changed. The jury will be announced before the start of the festival-contest.

Prizes and awards:

• All participants receive a commemorative souvenir of the festival;

• In each category and age group are given the title of Laureate of I, II, III degree, as well as the title of Winner of the Festival;

• The winners of the festival will be awarded with diplomas and award figures

• Diploma of the Festival will be awarded diplomas only.

• One of the contestants, who received the highest score and the vote of the members of the jury assigned to the Grand Prix.
