3) Hany didn't buy the camera because it was very expensive. (so …. that)

- The camera was so expensive that Hany didn't (couldn't) buy it.

تذكر أن: من الممكن استخدام التركيب الاتى للتعبير عن النتيجة:-

1) The tea is too hot to drink.

2) The test is too hard to answer.

تستخدم لربط جملتين منفيتينلا....... ولا neither …....nor:

v مع الجمل التى لها فاعل واحد وفعلان نستخدم التركيب الأتى:

	الفعل الثانى مثبتnor + + الفعل الأول مثبت neither ++ فاعل

1) Heba didn't cook. She didn't clean the house.

- Heba neither cooked nor cleaned the house.

v إذا كان فعل الجمله (be) فإنه يأتى قبل(neither) ولا يتكرر كالأتي:

1) Ali wasn't hungry. He wasn't tired.

- Ali wasneither hungry nor tired.

v إذا كان فعل الجمله يتكون من كلمتين مثل(will come – has eaten) فإننا نضع الفعل المساعد قبل(neither) والافعال الأخرى بعد(nor)

1) Noha hasn't done the homework. She hasn't read a story.

- Noha has neither done the homework nor read a story.

v مع الجمل التى بها فاعلان فعلا نفس الشيئ "لهما نفس الفعل" نستخدم التركيب التالى:

1) Hany wasn't angry. Fady wasn't angry.

- Neither Hany nor Fady was angry.

تستخدم لربط جملتين مثبتين إما........ أوeither …….…or:

- We can set off today or we can set off tomorrow.

We can set off either today or tomorrow.

- Salma is going to school or she is going to the club.

Salma is going either to school or to the club.

- Rewrite use (neither nor):

1- She hasn't studied. She hasn't tidied her room.

2- Ramy can't swim or play tennis.
