understand:
1. Momentum and angular momentum conservation laws are connected with such properties of space as homogeneity and isotropy.
2. Total momentum of interacted bodies constituting the system remains constant only when the sum of all external forces acting on the system equals zero.
3. Total angular momentum of a system remains constant only when the total torque of all external forces equals zero.
4. Angular momentum remains constant not only if a considered system is closed but if the direction of a force is parallel to axis of rotation or if the force is applied to the point lying on the axis of rotation.
5. As angular momentum depends on angular velocity and moment of inertia it is possible to change angular velocity due to change of mass distribution.
