I. Once you try it, it will difficult to get rid of this habit.

a. According to Internet Project about 74% of people all over the world use social networks. And here’s is the percentage of people using social networks by the categories: 18-29 years – 89 % of usage, 30 – 49 years - 82%, 50 – 64 years - 65%, 65+ years - 49%. Numbers are pretty impressive, especially people who are 65 years and older. It means that every second retired person uses social networks as we do. This is the evidence of addictiveness between people to social networks.

b. People aged 18-64 who use social networks say they spend an average of 3.2 hours per day doing so, according to new research released by Ipsos Open Thinking Exchange (OTX).

II. If you are successful in social networks, you are not successful in real life.

Social networks is the place where even shy and non-communicative person can get on with any person. He has an opportunity to think what he would like to say or say something not true about himself because he can write everything he wants in his profile just to attract people. While he is becoming popular there, he does not understand that he needs to live real, normal life. He has thousands of friends but he does not know who is a real friend. He may think that he can achieve more in virtual life, but if he turns of his computer and look around, he will see that he have not done anything.
