An interview is a formal meeting between a candidate and people from the company. In this situation, the candidate is the interviewee and the representatives of the company are the interviewers. After an interview, the interviewers will follow up the references of promising candidates. To do this they ask for a letter about the candidate from a previous employer (or a tutor, in the case of a recent graduate). Once this process has been completed, the interviewers need to select the best candidate for the job and offer him or her the post. The candidate will then accept, or turn down the job offer.

When the person has been officially appointed (given the job), an employment contract is signed, agreeing the working conditions and salary.

If you are an interviewee you should do the following in advance:

* research the organization

* read the job description carefully

* think about the questions you may be asked, and plan your responses

* be ready to talk about your career, both past and future

* be prepared to explain why you think you are suitable for the job

Below are some questions that are frequently asked in job interviews:

* Why do you want to join this company?

* What do you think you can bring to this job?

* What changes would you implement if you got this job?

* How would you feel about relocating to another city (working in a very small team? training courses?)

* Could you tell us something about your responsibilities in your last job?

(about your experience of dealing with difficult client? about your long term goals?

* What would you say are your strengths/weaknesses?

* What do you see yourself doing in 5 years?

* How do you see yourself developing personally?

Інтерв'ю офіційної зустрічі між кандидатом і людей з компанії. У цій ситуації, кандидат співрозмовник " ведомостей " і представники компанії інтерв'юерів. Після інтерв'ю, інтерв'юери будуть слідувати посилання перспективних кандидатів. Для цього вони просять лист про кандидата від попереднього роботодавця (або репетитора, у разі недавнього випускника). Як тільки цей процес був завершений, інтерв'юери повинні вибрати найкращий кандидат на посаду і запропонувати їй посаду. Кандидат потім прийняти або відхилити пропозицію про роботу.

Якщо співрозмовник вам необхідно виконати наступні дії заздалегідь:
* дослідні організації
* уважно прочитайте опис завдання
* подумайте про те, які питання вам можуть задати, і план ваших відповідей
* будьте готові розповісти про свою кар'єру, і минуле, і майбутнє
* будьте готові пояснити, чому ви думаєте, що ви придатний для роботи
Нижче наведені деякі питання, які часто задають при прийомі на роботу:
* Чому ви хочете приєднатися до цієї компанії?
* Як ви думаєте, можна залучити до цієї роботи?
* Які зміни ви б реалізувати, якщо ви отримали цю роботу?
* Як би ви себе почували, про переїзд в інше місто (працює в дуже маленькій групи? навчальні курси?)
* Не могли б ви розповісти нам що-небудь про свої обов'язки у вашій останній роботі?
(про свій досвід роботи з важким клієнтом? про ваші довгострокові цілі?
* Що б ви сказали ваші сильні/слабкі сторони?
* Якою ти бачиш себе через 5 років?
* Як ви бачите себе особисто?
