Dear Anna,

Thankyou for your final payment for your houseboat holiday on board. Here are the directions to the mooring site, and further information for your holiday. Please advise us of the no. of single beds required on board, 7 days before boarding. This is also an opportunity to order pedalboats, canoes, tinnies, fishing gear and bicycles for your holiday.

The houseboat is located on the Vic side of the river in Mildura. On arrival in Mildura from Ouyen, turn right at the Benetook Avenue roundabout (Bunnings corner). Follow the road down, around the sweeping left hand bend then take the first turn on the right, Etiwanda Avenue. Mildura Houseboats is located off Etiwanda Avenue past the brick works on the left hand side, turn left into the gate then follow the road down to the river. This will allow us to ensure that someone is on hand to greet you and brief you on the boat’s operation.

Your hire commences at 3 pm on Friday, March 02, 2012 and ends at 10 am on Monday, March 05, 2012. We wish to remind you that there is a $bond payable on boarding, which will be refunded 48 hours after the boat is returned in a clean and undamaged condition. Fuel costs will be taken out of the bond.
