We transport cargos to any point in the world by road, rail, sea and air. Eurotrans operates in all important markets worldwide and has over 400 locations across all continents.

Our company has a lot of branches all over the world and during workweek we accumulate huge amount of deliveries in different corners of the Earth. Sometimes it becomes difficult to unload all the deliveries in time because payments for these deliveries are often processed too long and arrive with delay. It happens because of ineffective banking systems in some regions, which entails that the bank spends more than a week to process money transfer for our delivery. Sometimes it is connected with the worldwide crisis and as a result our company loses time and money as well as our partner. That is why our business partners prefer to use Western Union and Money Gram systems as the fastest and the safest way to pay for the deliveries. To save the time, our partners make wire transfers without leaving their offices and they use our representative to accept and forward means. More than 7 years our logistics department successfully applies practice of using independent individuals to supervise payments in specific regions. These individuals are officially placed in our company to a position of Local Supervisor. Due to our mutually beneficial cooperation, European banks offer us special conditions for transactions between personal accounts and fastest delivery time for our clients. We do not exceed monthly limits for each bank and they help our Local Supervisors to deliver transfers in time.

Activity details

Local Supervisor is very important for our company because he acts as a representative of Eurotrans in his region, provides analytical reports and insures that payments for our services will be delivered in time.

Your duties as Local Supervisor include:

- receiving an Invoice to your E-mail with all the details of the transfer.

- receiving a wire transfer from our partners (all the transfers are processed under the agreement with your bank). The transfers will be delivered to your bank account; it is better to open a new account.

- forwarding the transfers through Western Union or Money Gram systems (it is important to forward the transfer at the same day, so our delivery will be unloaded in time.) All the fees for Western Union and Money Gram services are paid from transferred sum, so you do not have to bare any additional expanses. Our company also covers all the taxes for your activity.

- providing monthly reports (at the end of each month of activity you will provide us with a report – it is very important for our statistics)

You will be working in your city of living. Before each order you will receive an Invoice of the transfer with all the details of the sender, sum and date of transfer and information about the couriers to whom you should forward the means.

To sum up, your job as Local Supervisor is to receive the wire transfer from our partner, report to your manager, take your commission (7% from each transfer) and send the rest of the money through Western Union or Money Gram office. After forwarding the means, you should report to your manager.

All money transfers are processed under the European law and under the agreement with your bank. Eurotrans is obligated to officially place the candidate to a position and pay all the taxes for the employee.

Salary

Local Supervisor receives a commission of 7% for every processed order. The commission is deducted from the wire transfer that you receive to your account, for example an average 5,000 EUR transfer will bring you 350 EUR commission instantly. So you will earn about 2,100 EUR per month, depending of the amount of the transfers. The sum may increase if you will be able to process more orders. Company covers all forwarding and taxes expenses.

This is official work. Your Application will be examined and if you will be approved for a position of Local Supervisor we will send you the Agreement which regulates all conditions of cooperation between employee and employer. All the documents that you will provide to our company will be confidential information.
