◙ The first party has the right to terminate the contract and the demand for a compensation if the second party caused a proplem to his / her colleagues, the company or the clients without any demands from the second party for any penalty or a compensation

◙ The first party has the right to transfer the employee for any other hotel according to the work needs

◙ The second party has to inform the first party with any changes of his / her mentioned details in one week of the date of the changes that have been occurred

◙ In the case of the second party has the will to terminate the contract before the expire date he / she will be obligated to pay a sum of ……………….. as a penalty
