LE GRAND BALCON HÔTEL, located in 8/10, Rue Romiguieres, 31000 Toulouse, France.

Appointed below “the beneficiary” either “the borrower”.

It was advisable that what follows:

1^st article: object

1.1 The loan of laptop is reserved for the guests living on LE GRAND BALCON HÔTEL.

1.2 During a loan, the beneficiary has to supply the following parts:

- The convention of loan of laptop dated and signed

- A copy of an ID card

- A copy of the credit card

Article 2: description of the equipment

2.1 The beneficiary declares to have received in person: a leading laptop Asus model Eee PC 1001PXD and a block of supply in two parts.

Article 3: duration of the loan

GRAND BALCON HÔTEL lends the equipment described above for period going of ____ / ____ / ____ in ____ / ____ / ____. The beneficiary makes a commitment to return the equipment to the praetor on ____ / ____ / ____ at the latest. The loan lasts ___ days and is not renewable tacitly.

Article 4: conditions of the loan

4.1 The loan and the return are made at the Reception desk from Monday till Sunday from 7:00 am till 9:00 pm.

4.2 The granted loan does not give rise to payment of a royalty in the hotel during the period of application of the present agreement.

4.3 LE GRAND BALCON HÔTEL cannot be held for responsible in case of fraudulent or illicit use of the borrowed equipment. As such, the user is anxious to respect rules and current manners in France.

4.4 In case of dysfunction, the equipment must be put handed at once to the hotel. The dysfunction will be exactly indicated by the borrower and mentioned on the Convention of loan. LE GRAND BALCON HÔTEL will not be held responsible of a loss of the personal data of the user.

4.5 At the conclusion of the period of loan, the equipment is returned and all the personal data present in the computer are erased. It is up to the beneficiary to protect its data before restoring the equipment. No saving will be made by the staff of the hotel.

Article 5: deterioration, loss and theft

5.1 In case of deterioration, loss or theft of the equipment, the beneficiary will indemnify LE GRAND BALCON HÔTEL and it is up to him to turn to his insurer.

More exactly:

5.2 In case of loss or of theft, the borrower is anxious to warn at once the establishment and to supply the statements giving evidence of the event. In case of theft, the borrower has to make the necessary initiatives with police services, and immediate, inform the person in charge of the hotel by giving him a copy of his warehouse of complaint. The refund of the equipment is chargeable to the borrower. If the equipment was bought in the year, the borrower will pay off the purchase price (value inclusive of all taxes). For equipment bought before the borrower will pay off the market value.

5.3 In case of deterioration, either the equipment is not repairable and the beneficiary will indemnify LE GRAND BALCON HÔTEL according to the modalities defined in the article 5.2, or the equipment is repairable and the beneficiary will indemnify LE GRAND BALCON HÔTEL of the cost of the repair.

Article 6: return except deadline

6.1 In case of not return of the equipment at the conclusion of the period of loan, the beneficiary will be suspended by loan of equipment of equal duration among days of delay.

6.2 In case of return except deadline of the equipment for reasons of medical order, the beneficiary makes a commitment to inform LE GRAND BALCON HÔTEL about it and to supply documentary evidence.

Article 7: penalties

In case of not payment of the due sums, LE GRAND BALCON HÔTEL can charge the credit card taken in guarantee; even seize the legal service of Le Groupe de l’Hôtellerie which will make the decisions suited towards a possible pursuit.
