Dear Mr. Price,

Subject: REQUESTING A SERVICE

I would like to confirm the information we discussed on the phone last Friday. We are going to conduct our training courses at your conference center.

The date of the course are February 20 through 23. The hours are from 9 am to 4 pm on the 20th to 22nd and from 9am to 5pm on the 23rd. We expect approximately 70 people to attend the course. We will need a total of two rooms: one large room for the course and one smaller for breaks and lunch.

As we discussed, overhead projected system and two computers should be available for the large room, as well as the monitor and a microphone. In break room we need 10 tables. We will also need a buffet lunch on each day and a cocktail reception on the 23 rd, at 4 pm. I would appreciate your e-mail me the menu choices as soon as possible.

I would also appreciate receiving the projected costs for this training no later than 20th January. I will give you final confirmation of our reservation by close-of-business on the 25th January.

Let me thank you in planning this training course. I look forward to receiving the costs and also to meeting you this Friday when I come to look over your facilities.
