Clients, mind! Avoid silence on your side. Ask your agent some questions like:

Someone told you about some place/ you’ve heard from someone that there is some place/you’ve always dreamed to go….(to some place) and you are interested, whether they will give you an opportunity to visit it. In this case, it’s better to use some lexis. (Does your tour operator provide us with opportunity to go hitch-hiking somewhere…?)

· Is that the...you were talking about?

· Are we going to pass the...?

· Are we going to see any...?

· Will we see it on the way back?

· What types of accommodations are provided?

· What Activities and/or Accommodation Do You Offer?

Make sure, that both students in a pair will be present.
