Player may transform as to normal form as to giant form using button combination. To transform current digimon to giant hold [L2+R2] and press R1 (costs 1 evo point). To evolve to some higher giant form hold R1 then hold L2 while choosing evolution form (costs on 1 evo point more). Giant may be transformed to next normal or giant form. Hold R1, press L1 to teturn to rookie form.

· Characteristics of giant grow in % of normal form.

· Attacks of giant become 1 level higher than normal form (Giant Greymon’s fire breath is same level as MetalGreymon’s giga destroyer)

· Visually attacks also become bigger.

· Giants can’t run fast. Physical (close ranged) attacks become slower but stronger because of status bonus. Attacks of giants may differ from normal form.

· Giant may grab and throw lesser digimons using takeover combination. Giant will throw little digimon to large distance normal to normal and big to close. If giant use takeover move on giant, it will push it back by some move. Normal digimon may use takeover move on giant, in that case digimon will use some close hit or nip giant.

· Giant cannot be prevented by normal attacks, it can be prevented for short time only by attacks of higher level.

· Digimon will stay in giant form until Drive Gauge reaches end if digimon have not required level yet to hold current evolution form. But if it has it, digimon will stay in giant form but all status bonuses will be reduced after Drive Gauge came to end. So it is better for player to return to rookie form as it’s faster, but still they may enjoy giant.

· Some digimon will gain their true form only in giant form:

For example Apocalymon will be full sized but without cables and giant metal ball under him. He will be in levitation stance or even with legs in normal form.

Still in normal form he will use his attacks from the portals.

But in giant form he will be on the top of that ball united by cables with it.

Here is nearly difference between giant and normal forms

Giant may move freely through woods smashing trees by each step.

Digimon cannot transform to giant form in thin areas.

Giants may swim and fly as usual forms, it’s just they are bigger.

Current form transforms to giant in one sec. pushing back all nearest digimons(no damage).

When diimon evolves to giant form, as usual evolution will lust for 5 sec, digimon will be invincible for the time, the difference is: coffin will appear and grow up pushing back all digimons in radius without damage. Then digimon will appear already in giant form. Still players will see cut scene of their digimon’s transmormation instead of field happening, if it is not coliseum fight.
