Bangkok is one of the most exciting / quite cities in the world. It’s big / great, with a population of over ten million. A big / great way to see the city is to take a boat along the Chao Phraya River. From there, you have fantastic / friendly views of the old city with the cheap / spectacular royal palace and many beautiful / dull temples. The people are very expensive / friendly and polluted / welcoming.

The centre of the city is beautiful / modern with hundreds of high-rise buildings and shopping centres. The streets are crowded / romantic and with so many cars, it’s fabulous / noisy and polluted / spectacular. In some months, it is also very hot and humid / up-to-date. But one thing you can say about Bangkok is that it is never dull / hot! If you love shopping, it’s a fabulous / humid place to be and it’s not expensive / lovely. The markets in China Town are very cheap / freezing, and don’t leave without a visit to the boring / romantic night market.
