On 31^st of January 2014, I ordered your product Phillips Pure Essentials Collection Stabmixer HR1370/90 at LOCATION DATE with an offer of getting a blender for free after registering on your website.

Unfortunately, the service has not performed well, because I didn’t receive a blender. I am disappointed because I made up calls to solve this problem, but nothing happened.

To resolve the problem, I would appreciate your delivering the blender.

All receipts are enclosed in documents after the letter.
