People all over the world are consuming 30 billion barrels of oil per year, which is equivalent to 4.8 cubic kilometers. One reading this numbers would obviously understood the demand in energy sources for current industrial civilization. Moreover, it worth emphasizing that the role of oil and natural gas industry is vital for the community, since it accounts for 30%-50% of energy usage for different regions and countries.

As one of the biggest oil companies Chevron is also supplying the world with energy goods. Chevron’s occupation is noticed in every aspect of petroleum, natural gas and geothermal energy sources. The main product of the Chevron Corporation is the fuel oil and gasoline, which serves as a fuel. Other products of the company are natural gas, pharmaceuticals, plastics, fertilizers, pesticides, oil coke, etc.
