12.1. If otherwise is not stipulated by the regulation on competitions, registration of couples at the competitions shall start at least 1,5 hours and end 30 minutes before the beginning of the tournament.
12.2. For IDU title competitions entry forms of participating couples shall be submitted till the date specified by the organizer. Entry forms shall be filled in only in English.
12.3. Practice shall be held in accordance with the order determined by the Chairman of Expert Commission of the competitions.
12.4. Running of the tournament is determined by a script and in compliance with the current Rules and Regulations on competitions.
12.5. The dancers are obliged to participate in the demonstration and presentation of the couples if this is envisaged by the script. Presentation of the couples is also possible when they are entering the dance floor before the first dance. In this case family name and first name of partners and the name of the represented country shall be announced. Titles of the couple shall not be announced.
12.6. Solo dances of the tournament participants shall be performed before the final.
12.7. The dancers shall not leave the dancing floor till the end of the round if competitions in the corresponding round are held in one heat (usually it is the case in the semifinal and final). The Chairman of expert commission is entitled to use sanctions against couples violated this rule (notice and disqualification).
12.8. Dancers in track-suits and competition dresses participating in the competitions shall not appear in VIP zones during the tournament.
12.9. Without fail before the beginning of the tournament the members of expert commission of the competitions shall be presented with the announcement of expert’s first name, family name and country represented.
12.10. After the end of every tournament the prize presentation ceremony shall be held in the presence on the floor of all finalist couples dressed corresponding to the discipline of prize presentation. When announcing the final results the finalists shall be presented as follows: family name and first name of partners and the name of the represented country. All finalists are obliged to participate in the prize presentation ceremony.
12.11. The prize presentation ceremony at UDU title tournament must include:
- presentation of the finalist’s certificate with indication of the place in the final;
- playing of a national anthem in honor of the winners;
- raising or presentation of flags of the tournament prize-winners;
- without fail the group of rewarding shall include IDU President or a person deputizing for him.
